Naturally extracted tobacco is exactly what it sounds like ground and/or chopped tobacco distilled into either a VG or PG mix. The process retains the pure taste of tobacco in the mixture. Heating can be used to add more flavour or to accelerate the process. Although for the more superior flavour we use a cold process known as Cold Maceration which is famed for being able to preserve the flavourful nuance of traditional leaf tobaccos.

Naturally extracted tobacco (NET) is a type of tobacco that has been processed to extract the natural flavors and aromas of the tobacco plant. This type of tobacco is often used in electronic cigarettes and other vapor products as a way to replicate the experience of smoking traditional tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, and pipes. It is also used in some types of traditional cigarettes.

NET is different from traditional tobacco in that it is not cured or treated with chemicals in the same way as regular tobacco. The process of making NET involves soaking tobacco leaves in a solution of propylene glycol and/or glycerin to extract the flavors and aromas. The solution is then heated to evaporate the solvents, leaving behind a concentrated extract that contains the natural flavors and aromas of the tobacco.

One of the main advantages of NET is that it can provide a more natural and potentially less harsh flavor compared to traditional tobacco products. Many people who switch to vapor products made with NET do so because they believe that the natural flavors are more appealing than the artificial flavors that are often used in traditional tobacco products. In addition, because NET is not treated with the same chemicals as traditional tobacco, it may be less harmful to the user.

6-9 Week Cold Maceration Extraction

We use a six-to-eight week cold steeping method using only the finest tobacco varieties,
sourced from some of the best tobacco farmers in the world.

During the production process, absolutely no artificial flavours are added to the leaves.
This allows the tobacco to develop its natural flavour and aroma completely.

Essentially each leaf is allowed to retain and mature its own signature flavour note.

The juices are available in mix ratios of 50:50 and also in nicotine concentrations of 18 mg, 12 mg, 6 mg, 3 mg, and 0 mg,
With the above in mind, it’s worth noting that Drakes’s tobacco passes through a thorough lab screening process to ensure it is free of any harmful content. These include substances such as Diacetyl and Acetyl Propionyl.
