INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For overseas orders, we offer Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed we have a live rates calculator that will calculate the exact shipping costs to your destination at checkout.
* Overseas orders. Please check with your local country customs office to ensure Drake’s products do not contravene local regulations. Please note, for orders returned to us by your local customs office, we shall process a refund excluding postage costs. Customer orders are held by the local customs office; it is the responsibility of the customer to reach a resolution.
Drake’s working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be processed Monday.
The order cut-off for same-day dispatch is 1pm (UK time). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day. If DPD leaves your delivery with a neighbour, they will leave a card for you telling you where to collect it. You may specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you when placing your order online.
